The room felt spacious, and cleanliness stood out. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, with options like eggs, sausage, pancakes, and fresh fruit. I noticed that Fox News was playing in the breakfast area, which didn't enhance the experience. The check-in process could use some improvement. Waiting for the front desk staff. While not perfect, it provided a satisfactory stay for the price.

Loud hallway conversations late at night.

The room I booked was clean a well maintained and available with comfortable bed, bathroom. The best part were the very friendly and genuinely helpful staff. The location was peaceful and comfy and I could use free parking on-site.

Unfortunately, I found the staff to be less accommodating than expected. The air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, and while they offered outside air as a solution, it was quite warm. The absence of breakfast options was a disappointment, which I hoped to have at the start of my day.

Encountered a few issues. A wet bath mat was a setback, and an unpleasant brown liquid seeped under the window sill, which raised red flags. Air conditioning malfunctioned, prompting us to seek other accommodations, even with the manager's assurance of an outside air solution.

Family with children decent value

The room was large and very clean, a relief, especially traveling with family. The service was good too. The front desk even helped us when we faced an issue with the A/C and handled everything pretty well.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable for what we got.

Cozy rooms and warm atmosphere

I appreciated the unique bathtub design that provided extra space. The warm and cute manager listened to my feedback, and it reminded me of they genuinely cared about improving the experience . The breakfast options could use an upgrade to better satisfy morning cravings.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cleanliness of the room, which was super inviting, and the great number of pillows on the bed! the breakfast options were pretty underwhelming. I would definitely stay here again.

This was just a good match for a city escape in Buffalo with all in all great value for money. The bed was super comfortable, nice for a good night's sleep after exploring downtown. Make sure to check for coffee availability early in the morning to avoid missing out.

The inn is in a great spot, close to the cute downtown for dinner. It was clean and well-kept, made for a pleasant first impression. The staff impressed me by being super nice and apologetic when we faced an a/c issue. They handled everything professionally and offered us outside air, thoughtful.
